Hey there!
I’m an entrepreneur, educator, speaker, business strategist, food lover and handstand enthusiast. I’m here to remind Therapists and Counsellors just how powerful they are and why they started this journey.
I’m on a mission to help you get paid for doing what you love, because the world desperately needs your unique gifts and talents.

I support therapists and counsellors in building businesses that truly reflect who they are, combining their unique strengths with guidance in mindset, marketing, and business growth. My Story...
After graduating with a degree in Psychology, I headed to South London and dove into the world of recruitment. I landed a gig in automotive recruitment and, 14 years later, I was still in the game. Despite climbing the ladder, getting pay raises, and working with some incredible car brands, it wasn’t enough.
So, I started a side hustle, creating websites for Counsellors, Therapists, and Mental Health charities. I also got hired for a part-time role as an Executive Coach, guiding senior leaders in start-up tech firms and global companies on emotional intelligence, productivity, confidence, ambition, communication, adaptability, and innovation.
I also teamed up with my mum, a Sex & Relationship Therapist*. We redefined her business, building her brand and diversifying the ways in which she could help more couples navigate their relationships.
Together, we created a course for Therapists wanting to work with couples, which we are proud to say is accredited by the NCPS (The Playbook: The Comprehensive Guide to Working with Couples*). We have also launched workshops, events, and a couples retreat in Spain.

Oh, and not only that...
In March 2024, I took the leap. I left my 14-year career to go all-in on my business.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting therapists at all stages of their journey, from those just starting out and shaping their practice to seasoned professionals looking for a fresh, modern approach to their work and visibility.
Since then countless doors have opened up for me and I’ve been working with amazing clients.
I sometimes have to pinch myself because I this dream was a long time coming. But that is why I am so passionate about helping the helpers.

I am a Life Path Number 2 and my Human Design is Manifestor. If you know you know. If you don’t know what this means, research it, it’s fascinating.

I don’t believe in coincidences.
There is no such thing.
If it happened, it happened for a reason.

I am religiously spiritual and self-development obsessed. This includes writing daily gratitude, affirmations and setting intentions.

Despite reservations from family members as it was my first child I had a planned home water birth with my son with no gas and air.

I’m also training to be a Counsellor.
This journey isn’t just about gaining new skills; it’s about deepening my understanding of the work that I support others in. It allows me to bridge the gap between business strategy and the lived experience of being a therapist, so I can show up even more fully for the people I work with.
